OFFICIAL RULES: This chance drawing will be conducted during the 23rd Annual Guardians of the Children Luncheon on November 22, 2022 at 2pm by Jackson Health Foundation, whose principal address is 1500 N.W. 12th Ave., Suite 1117, Miami, FL. 1) The above prizes have been donated for the purpose of this chance drawing. Winners do not need to be present to claim the prize. Winners who are not present will be awarded at Jackson Health Foundation according to the following schedule: Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. 2) Winners must be over 18 years of age. 3) Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. All applicable state and federal taxes resulting from any award of prize are the responsibility of the winner. 4) The winner will be required to fill out tax forms for the Foundation.
